A New England mayor trying to revive tourism on his island keeps running into events that suggest the place might be genuinely cursed. Created by Katie Dippold and directed partly by Hiro Murai (Atlanta) and Ti West (X), it plays as horror-comedy with real menace underneath the laughs.
